Responder Wipes® are uniquely formulated with micellar water, a skin cleanser compound that doesn’t require rinsing, is gentle on the skin, and uses technology different than most other skin cleaners, leaving the skin feeling clean and hydrated. Micellar water is made with micelles, tiny lipid cleansing molecules that work like a magnet to capture and lift away dirt, oil, soot, and other harmful matter from the skin’s surface without harsh rubbing.
